Tuition and Fees

It is our goal is to provide an enriching learning environment for our Heroes and employ exceptional, growth-minded Guides in our Studios. We strive to do both of these things in addition to offering affordable tuition for our families, especially with multiple children.

2024 - 2025 
Tuition & Application

Deposit information

At the start of the application process, we have a one-time $50 application fee that is paid via debit or credit card online.  Children who are re-enrolling each year must fill out a new form and pay the application processing fee annually.

Payment Schedule

Once a child has been extended the invitation to enroll in our school, we request the first of the 10 monthly payments ($940) as the deposit for holding that child’s spot in the Spring.  Tuition payments are due on the 1st of the month beginning in August. The final tuition payment is due on April 1st. 

Option of longer payment schedule?

Our tuition for  the 2024 - 2025 school year for one child is $9,400 annually, paid over 10 months in equal payments.  We offer a 10% discount for additional siblings in one family to help with tuition costs as well.

$7,520 per year

(Total for all 3 siblings: $25,380 per year)

4th Sibling

$6,580 per year

(Total for all 4 siblings: $31,960 per year)

Admissions Process

Step 1: Research

All interested families are encouraged to review/read the following

  • Vine Academy’s website, videos and FAQs

  • “Courage to Grow” by Laura Safender

  • “Unschooling Rules” by Clark Aldrich

Step 2: Application

If, after you research, you feel that Vine Academy is a fit for your family, please fill out the “APPLY NOW” form on our website. We will contact you and extend an application to be completed.

Step 3: Video Submission

(Invitation only): Submit a short video introducing your family. This video won’t be used to judge your technical skills–we simply want to get to know you better! Most people use their cell phones and shoot a casual video.

Step 4: Trial Visit

(Invitation only): Selected applicants will be invited to visit Vine Academy in-person for an observation visit.
